I believe that every human has the innate power to overcome any obstacle, heal themselves and awaken their wildest dreams.  Life challenges and certain disorders can inhibit us from accessing those abilities.   It is from that stance that I provide transformational and practical tools to assist people from all walks of life in overcoming mental health challenges and arousing luxuriant growth and fulfillment in their lives.

As a survivor of relationship trauma and childhood challenges, I am a living testament to that power. I have fought to not only survive but thrive beyond extreme difficulties!  My goal is to help you do the same. I have had the privilege of working for many years in both private and government sectors as well as providing private psychotherapy, coaching and consulting to entertainers, medical and non-medical practitioners, business, religious and

government leaders, sports affiliates, and corporate entities in 3 different countries.   I have founded and co-founded various spiritual and community based organizations to date.

As an EMDR trained therapist, I provide a culturally sensitive means to process trauma.  I also provide an eclectic and holistic approach to treating mental health and substance use disorders using CBT, DBT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based strategies as well as many other culturally relevant adjunct services where desired, including spiritually guided work.

I am also a social justice minded clinician who takes part in social justice advocacy through education and training initiatives through consulting as well as participating in independent advocacy as needed by partnering with other organizations. As a person of color, it is my privilege to ally with people of all races and ethnicities. I am a staunch supporter of racial and gender equality.  I also offer support to those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

 For those desiring Intuitive Coaching to address life or spiritual goals.  I furnish a healthy mix of practical wisdom, vibrancy, and authority to enhance the lives of individuals that desire to engage in self-development while healing from trauma and other life difficulties.  My desire is to  join with you in awakening radical self-love, authenticity, god-consciousness, and identify and awaken your spiritual gifts.
