Evaluation Types

1
VAWA Evaluations
For individuals abused by a U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse, parent, or child. We assess trauma symptoms (e.g., PTSD, depression, anxiety) and document the psychological effects of abuse to support your VAWA self-petition.
2
U-Visa Evaluations
For victims of certain crimes who have suffered substantial mental or physical abuse. We provide trauma-informed assessments that capture the emotional and psychological impact of the crime and assist in demonstrating ongoing harm.
3
Asylum Evaluations
For individuals with a well-founded fear of persecution in their home country. We evaluate past trauma, current mental health, and risk of future harm to support asylum claims with detailed, culturally aware reports.

4
Extreme Hardship Evalutions
For waiver applications requiring proof that a U.S. citizen or permanent resident would suffer extreme hardship if separated from a loved one. We assess emotional, financial, medical, and psychological impacts on qualifying relatives to strengthen your case.
5
Cancellation of Removal Evaluations
For individuals in removal proceedings needing to show “exceptional and extremely unusual hardship” to qualifying relatives. We evaluate and document the profound impact deportation would have on U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident family members.
