Therapy for High Performers Who Carry It All
Serving all areas of Texas, & Oklahoma, Florida*
You’re the one people depend on. The leader. The fixer. The strong one.
But under the surface? You’re unraveling—quietly, expertly, invisibly.

At Unwoven Muse, we help high-achieving professionals, parents, leaders, NFL families, immigrants, first generation adult children of Immigrants, creative professionals, and other life changers to finally unweave the inner world they’ve had to keep hidden—the old stories, survival strategies, and pressure to “know better”—so they can reclaim clarity, connection, and deep authenticity.
You’ve built a powerful life by holding it together.
Now you’re ready for a life where you don’t have to.

What You’re Unweaving:
-
Perfectionism that kept you performing, not feeling
-
Generational and religious narratives that taught you to stay small or silent
-
Relationships where you gave everything and lost yourself
-
Burnout that no amount of productivity will fix
-
Trauma dressed up as resilience
-
A lifetime of emotional labor that never got seen, named, or honored
We help you stop pushing past your pain, and start listening to it.

How We Support:
We don’t just talk about surface stress—we go inward, gently and precisely, to the roots of what's kept you pushing, perfecting, or performing for so long.

Our approach blends depth-oriented therapy with real-world clarity. Whether you're a high-performing professional or someone who’s always held it together for everyone else, we create space for what you've never had permission to feel or say.

We help you:
-
Slow down the mental noise and body tension that’s become your baseline
-
Name and unweave internal patterns shaped by trauma, family, faith, societal pressures, or performance culture
-
Build emotional fluency when you were never taught how to feel (let alone express)
-
Untangle the "I should know" trap of perfectionism and reclaim your humanity
-
Reconnect with your body, voice, and values (Your Muse)—so you stop just functioning and start feeling whole

This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about being AUTHENTICALLY you.

Notice of Right to Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
• If you schedule a health care item or service at least 3 business days in advance, make sure your health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 1 business day after scheduling. If you schedule a health care item or service at least 10 business days in advance, make sure your health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after scheduling. You can also ask any health care provider or facility for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you do, make sure the health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after you ask.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more for any provider or facility than your Good Faith Estimate from that provider or facility, you can dispute the bill.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers, email FederalPPDRQuestions@cms.hhs.gov, or call 1-800-985-3059.
